Pinyon Physical Therapy

Liz earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah in 2021 and grew up in Salt Lake City, where a deep appreciation for movement and wild adventure took root early on. Her approach to care is grounded in helping people return to the activities that make them feel most alive.

Liz treats a wide range of orthopedic injuries and views physical therapy as a collaborative process. Building connections with her patients is central to her practice, allowing her to create individualized treatment plans that support meaningful, lasting recovery. She is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and incorporates it when appropriate to assist with rehab.

Outside the clinic, Liz can usually be found with a book in hand, searching for powder to ski, camping in wild places, or skateboarding to a cute coffee shop. She’s a competitive trail runner and loves to share that passion with her friends and newbies! She’s always up for trying something new and brings that same curiosity and enthusiasm to her work. In past lives she was a baker and a printmaker — experiences that continue to shape her creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving as a clinician.
